Refund Policy

Returns

AB ENTERPRISES & COMMUNICATION accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; for cash-on-delivery orders we will arrange a bank transfer.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, contact us; exchanges depend on availability.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalised products, perishable goods, hygiene items that have been opened, and items marked as final sale, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item. Please use a trackable service.
